How do I arrange an exchange or return?
If our products are not right for you, you can return them within 14 days of purchase.

The key is to follow a few important rules:

• 1) The item must retain its original appearance and consumer properties. Items that have been used and/or have undergone moist-heat treatment (washing, ironing) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• 2) Repeat delivery for an exchange or return is paid for by the customer.
