Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order on the website in whichever way suits you best: by card of any bank through a secure payment system, or by paying an invoice issued by our managers in the Kaspi app. For legal entities, we will provide all necessary accounting documents on request.
Our couriers deliver to your door. Delivery within Almaty is free of charge. The cost of delivery to other cities in Kazakhstan depends on the number of items in your order and is shown at checkout.
Production times
If the item you have chosen is not in stock, we start making it immediately after your purchase on the website, within the times listed below:
Sewing and production times:
- • Bed linen - 3 days;
- • Textile throws and pillowcases - 3 days;
- • Handmade throw and pillowcases - 14 days;
- • Curtains - 7 days;
- • Poufs, baskets, rugs, napkins - 7 days.
